Our trained staff know how to remove the stress and uncertainty from your journey. Our local knowledge combined with the very latest in SatNav technology will ensure you reach your destination on time, even in the event of unforseen road closures or heavily congested traffic.
Once your booking has been sent, you shall receive confirmation by phone or email within 24 hours (12 hours for urgent bookings).
This confirmation will outline your journey in full, including the total fare and how to meet your driver.
Grand Travel also offers a meet and greet service where by the driver will meet you with a board with the name/company clearly written. This is perfectly arranged for those first time visitors to the UK. If there are any delays in your flight we will monitor your flight effectively and send the allocated driver at the precise time to avoid any confusion
